Kokoro is proud to offer a limited lifetime warranty on the entire Kokoro line up, Black series and up. This warranty does not include the White series. White Series carries a 1 year warranty.
This warranty is offered to original purchaser. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects you may have, including craftsmanship, materials, parts, etc. Kokoro reserves the right to inspect shears returned under warranty to determine eligibility. Kokoro reserves the right repair or replace shears under warranty. Copy of original sales receipt required, small shipping and processing fee required.* The warranty does not cover normal operational wear, as well as any complication as a result of misuse, abuse, neglect of the shears beyond the normal designed function of cutting hair. Improper service or sharpening by non-qualified sharpeners may also void warranty. Always use care when choosing your sharpening service.
Kokoro proudly guarantees that your Kokoro shear will stay sharp, cut and perform “hassle free” for the first year of use. This also includes accidental drops. “Woops! It happens.” If for any reason your Kokoro shears dulls, doesn’t cut correctly or suffers a nick or burr from accidental drop, etc. within first year of use, send them into our factory service center for a no charge to you*, Kokoro service. Copy of original sales receipt required. We gladly offer free exchanges, if different size or model is needed, please contact us within 7 days of you receiving the order. Email email@example.com Refunds are handled on a case by case basis, if exchanging does not remedy the issue.
